Katy Perry (or should we say Mrs. Brand?) is in New York City for Victoria Secret’s annual fashion show and she’s been spotted all around town bundled up nearly beyond recognition. Granted it is a little chilly in NYC, but we wonder if she’s covering up now to compensate for the inevitable undressing that will be happening on the VS runway.
