Anne Hathaway‘s sense of style is usually spot on, but this wacky ensemble is a big exception (even though it is spotted). At first glance, it’s cute enough. She totally rocks the crop top, and her necklace is way cool.
But what looks like a pretty ruffled skirt from afar us actually pants. Culottes, to be exact, though we haven’t heard that word since Girl Scouts in the second grade.
