We were beginning to feel really sorry for her… until we spotted this sneak peek from tonight’s Gossip Girl eppie. Blair clearly has a valentine, and we’re dying to know who it is. Here’s our guess…

Could it be Nate? Dan? Chuck? All of the above are serious possibilities, but we wouldn’t put it past the Queen B to deliver a heart-shaped box of chocolates to herself.
