Tomorrow night is regionals on Glee which means — you guessed it — we’ll finally see New Directions perform those original songs we’ve heard so much about over the past few weeks. The ones supposedly (but so obviously not) written by Rachel Berry! And here, you can listen to the songs and learn the lyrics to “Hell to the No,” “Loser Like Me” and “Get It Right” before tomorrow night’s new episode, which basically turns regionals into a sing-a-long…

“Hell to the No”
Mama said “get yo’ ass out of bed!”
I said “hell to the no!”
Said “wash your grandma’s nasty hair!”
I said “hell to the no!”, oh
They tried to take away my tots
I said “hell to the no!”
Yeah, ’cause I’m the one that calls the shots
and I say “hell to the no!”, oh
Try to make me change my weave
Well I got something up my sleeve
It’s a whole lot of
Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
I said Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
I’m not tryin’ to diva out
But this show’s gotta stop, so shout
Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
Tell me I should eat my Wheaties
You know what? “hell to the no!”
Tell me I’d come down with diabetes
“hell to the no!”
Try to make me change my eats
But baby, that just isn’t me
I’m a whole lot of
Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
I said Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
I’m not tryin’ to diva out
But this show’s gotta stop, so shout
Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
Take me, you can leave me
But I won’t ever change
If you don’t like the rules
don’t play my game
Time for me to get R-E-S-P-E-C-T
But if i don’t, it’s all in me
Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
I said Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
I’m not tryin’ to diva out
But this show’s gotta stop, so shout
Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
I said not tryin’ to diva out
But this show’s gotta stop, so shout
Woah oh oh, oh oh
Hell to the no no, no no, no no, no no
“Loser Like Me”
Yeah, you may think that I’m a zero
But, hey, everyone you wanna be
Probably started off like me
You may say that I’m a freakshow (I don’t care)
But, hey, give it just a little time
I bet you’re gonna change your mind
All of the dirt you’ve been throwin’ my way
It ain’t so hard to take, that’s right
‘Cause I know one day you’ll be screamin’ my name
And I’ll just look away, that’s right
Just go ahead and hate on me and run your mouth
So everyone can hear
Hit me with the words you got and knock me down
Baby, I don’t care
Keep it up, I’m tunin’ up to fade you out
You wanna be
You wanna be
A loser like me
A loser like me
Push me up against the locker
And hey, all I do is shake it off
I’ll get you back when I’m your boss
I’m not thinkin’ ’bout you haters
‘Cause hey, I could be a superstar
I’ll see you when you wash my car
All of the dirt you’ve been throwin’ my way
It ain’t so hard to take, that’s right
‘Cause I know one day you’ll be screamin’ my name
And I’ll just look away, that’s right
Just go ahead and hate on me and run your mouth
So everyone can hear
Hit me with the words you got and knock me down
Baby, I don’t care
Keep it up, I’m tunin’ up to fade you out
You wanna be
You wanna be
A loser like me
A loser like me
A loser like me
Hey, you, over there
Keep the L up-up in the air
Hey, you, over there
Keep the L up, ’cause I don’t care
You can throw your sticks, and you can throw your stones
Like a rocket, just watch me go
Yeah, l-o-s-e-r
I can only be who I are
Just go ahead and hate on me and run your mouth
So everyone can hear
Hit me with the words you got and knock me down
Baby, I don’t care
Keep it up, I’m tunin’ up to fade you out
You wanna be
You wanna be
A loser like me
A loser like me
Just go ahead and hate on me and run your mouth
So everyone can hear
Hit me with the words you got and knock me down
Baby, I don’t care
Keep it up, I’m tunin’ up to fade you out
You wanna be
You wanna be
A loser like me (A loser like me)
A loser like me (A loser like me)
A loser like me
“Get It Right”
What have I done?
I wish I could run,
Away from this ship going under
Just trying to help
Hurt everyone else
Now I feel the weight of the world is on my shoulders
What can you do when your good isn’t good enough
And all that you touch tumbles down?
Cause my best intentions
Keep making a mess of things,
I just wanna fix it somehow
But how many times will it take?
Oh, how many times will it take for me to get it right, to get it right?
Can I start again, with my faith shaken?
Cause I can’t go back and undo this
I just have to stay and face mistakes,
But if I get stronger and wiser, I’ll get through this
What can you do when you’re good isn’t good enough?
And all that you touch tumbles down?
Cause my best intentions keep making a mess of things,
I just wanna fix it somehow
But how many times will it take?
Oh, how many times will it take for me to get it right?
So I throw up my fists, throw a punch in the air,
And accept the truth that sometimes life isn’t fair!
Yeah, I’ll send down a wish. Yeah, I’ll send up a prayer
And then finally someone will see how much I care
What can you do when you’re good isn’t good enough?
And all that you touch tumbles down?
Cause my best intentions keep making a mess of things,
I just wanna fix it somehow
But how many times will it take?
Oh, how many times will it take for me to get it right?

Loser Like Me lyrics: These are the ones all over the web. I don’t know what site first posted them or if the “official” ones were adjusted after recording, but they don’t match what’s being sung. It’s “Hit me with the worst you got,” not “with the words you got, and it sounds a lot more like “Heap it up and turn (tune?) it up and figure out you wanna be … a loser like me.” than “Keep it up, I’m tunin’ up to fade you out you wanna be … a loser like me.” And makes more sense as well, since the song is an explanation of why the haters wanna be losers like [them].
I loved how they used their loserness to create such an awesome song in “loser like me”. I love it even more because I am a loser too.

AwesomeAwesome this is a really cool WEbsite
I love, love, LOVED “Hell to the No,” it cracked me up! I’ve always loved hearing her say that, so this song was a real treat to me, and it was so epic the way she mentioned the tot thing! Last night, I was actually watching a re-run of the tot episode, and when she said to Sue that she WAS gonna get her tots back, or whatever it was she said (not sure what it was exactly), I went, “And then she’s gonna write a song about it,” and my mom’s like, “Yep.” And “Loser like Me” was totally kick butt epic. When they said “throwin’ dirt,” the look on Sue’s face was classic, you could just TELL she knew they were talking about her! And at the end, I ACTUALLY thought they were gonna slushie the audience for a minute and I was like, “Ohmigawd, are they gonna slushie those people in the audience?!” I loved how Kurt “just happened” to have the “L” shaped foam fingers under his seat!
Then, of course, there was “Get it Right.” Poor. Rachel. That song had me in tears. You could just tell that she poured her heart and soul into the entire thing and that she meant every word of it, just like she told Finn. I can actually relate to a lot of the stuff in there, so I really connected to her on some level. I mean, she’s always been my fave character, but right then, especially, I felt a strong bond with her.
And as for what Quinn said to her, here’s what I think: Finn is obviously very, VERY confused about his feelings right now. You can tell that somewhere deep, deep down inside his heart, he knows that he’s still in love with Rachel, but just doesn’t realize it quite yet. Having Quinn breathing down his neck like that 24/7 is NOT helping the confusion go away, either. She needs to just back off (or better yet, walk her little butt on back over to Sam where it belongs) and let FINN decide who FINN loves and who FINN wants to date, then let FINN go to that girl and be with her. I’m sorry, I love Quinn, I really do, but she’s just so controlling over him! She needs to let the poor boy sort out his feelings and choose for himself who he does and doesn’t date! You can tell that in the end, it’s going to be Rachel, it’s ALWAYS going to be Rachel when it comes right down to it, but right now, he just needs time on his own to figure things out for himself. Besides, Quinn and Sam are just TOO cute together and I NEED to see them get with each other again!!!
I love the original songs the did for regionals!!! They are the best!!!
u little know it all. i agree with cgr. GLEEKS ROCK!
i love that song
Where are Trouty Mouth and Big Ass Heart?
You used the wrong form of the word “your” in Get It Right. It should have been “YOUR (possessive) good isn’t good enough” not “YOU’RE (contraction of ‘you are’) good isn’t good enough. I just thought I should let you know.
