AnnaSophia brought the touching story of pro surfer Bethany Hamilton to life in Soul Surfer. Even after losing her arm in a shark attack, AnnaSophia’s character gets back up on the board again, and her awesome portrayal of Bethany made us all the more inspired by her tale.

Normally being in the highest grossing movie franchise EVER would go to your head, but not if you’re Emma Watson. Somehow Em manages to stay so grounded, all the while working towards her degree at Brown University and wowing us on the red carpet on the regular. We don’t know how she does it.

He’s now one of our fave TV actors ever thanks to Glee, but before he was Finn Hudson, Cory was in rehab as a teen for drug and alcohol abuse. If turning your life around and landing a gig on the cheeriest, most fun show on TV isn’t inspirational, we don’t know what is.
