The Vampire Diaries may not have been nominated for won an Emmy Award last night, but if there had been a Hottest Couple Award, it would have definitely gone to Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder. Nina and Ian were looking rather spiffy last night and we’ve gotta say, we like, really love Nina’s dress.
