For some reason, for the second time this year, MTV is hosting the O Music Awards. But we’ll totally take it. We were pretty pumped about the first show in April, especially since Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj practically owned them. And the categories were hilar (hello, NSFW Music Video? LOVE it). But this time around will def be better — Justin Bieber and Joe Jonas were nominated!
