We know. It’s odd enough that we’re comparing Emma Roberts, a girl that frequents our Best Dressed of the Week list, to Nicki Minaj, who’s pretty much the Queen of Wacky Fashion. But to compare them for this outfit?! We would expect this kind of ensemb from Nicki, not Ems. Nevertheless, at the launch of Versace’s H&M collection, the two ladies sported similar looks (designed by Versace, natch), equipped with the exact same colors and floral(?) design.
So who did it, uhh, better?
