When you think of voluptuously curvy female celebs, Kim Kardashian, Scarlett Johansson, Kelly Clarkson and more have to come to mind, natch. And they’re all drop-dread gorgeous no matter what their size, are they not? Well recently, two of our fave teens – Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato – have been receiving major flack for their curvy figures. So not okay. But rather than take the critics’ words to heart (like we know D.Lo has before), the girls took to Twitter to voice their opinions. And here’s what they had to say:

I think that both girls are wearing outfits that are not appropriate for their ages. I think that both of them are confident, which is amazing, but I do not think that they are wearing things that are appropriate for eighteen year olds. They have dresses that have a neckline down to their mid-sections! Their bikinis aren’t barely there, they aren’t there!
even though miley has changed in a negative way over the past few years she still has the confidence in her friends who have been torn down to bring dem back up and that sweet and touching. she should
keep doing it.

Miley’s confident for sure, she works so hard in her body and everybody can see how happy she is with that but Demi, just like so many other girls, has issues with her body and now she’s completely happy and she accepted her curves. By the way, I choose Demi.

Miley. Definitely Miley. She was confident enough to stand up for herself and fire back at her critics who were attacking her for her weight (which honestly I don’t even get because she isn’t even near fat). Miley’s level of maturity really reflects on her confidence. Regular people and even celebrities would’ve taken this critism in a bad way and their reaction would’ve been to immediately lose weight and kill themeselves just to lose a couple of pounds BUT Miley actually defended herself against her nasty idiotic critics. Miley is not just another Hollywood product or a bimbo, she knows what she’s doing and she has gone through so much that it really inspires me that she has the strength to fight back at her critics. Miley is more confident now after all her experiences in her 18 (almost 19) years of life. She has got unnecessary crap from the media for the past few years, it’s unfair. Her confidence inspires me to fight back in my life too. I know that she say that she isn’t a role model but she actually is because she has a positive influence on so many people. Good for you Miley. Keep on climbing. Love you so much my smiley Miley <3
