Well. The little liars are making progress in this whole “A” debacle, are they not? Because on last night’s ep of PLL, “A Kiss Before Lying,” the girls got a few more clues to help solve the mystery that’s been killing them (and us) since season one. But of course it’s not a night in Rosewood without some boy (or in Emily’s case, girl) drama. So let’s recap all that stuff and figure out which gal had it the worst last night!

1. What happened with Aria? Aria is now at the point of not only lying to her parents about seeing Ezra, but she’s lying to her friends, too. Oy. But she and Holden are still going along with that whole make-her-parents-think-they’re-actually-dating thing. And it turns out that Holden was just doing it to be nice — he never actually had plans while Aria was off galivanting with Ezra. Do we spy a crush? Um def. But WTF was up with that huge bruise on Holden’s hip? We better find out what he’s hiding next week or we’ll go crazy.

2. What happened with Emily? Emily and Maya had quite the intimate cute moments this ep and we’re pretty happy they’re happy and stuff. But when Em’s mom, who is back in town for a bit, invited Maya to dinner,Maya pretty much sabotaged the whole relationship by bringing up pot-smoking and the fact that she dated a guy. Really? Was that necessary? But regardless, the ep ends with Emaya making out at Maya’s house and saying “I love you” to each other. The only thing we gotta say about this whole sitch, though? We really hope Noel isn’t the guy that Maya hooked up with over the summer… 
3. What happened with Spencer? We have never seen Spencer more depressed than she is now that Toby has pretty much dumped her and left Rosewood all in one swoop. And she is hurting, guys. But what makes her storyline even better right now is that she figures out that she knows Kate from camp a few years ago when Kate had an awful skin condition. Blackmail material, right?! Oh, AND Spencer, with the help of Hanna, figure out that the ID that they found in the video was Allison’, when she went under the alias of brown-haired Vivian Darkbloom. Alli just gets weirder and weirder by the second. 
4. What happened with Hanna? Life is not lookin’ too good for Hanna right now. First, she finds out that Aria, Spencer and Emily were going behind her back with CALEB to decipher the flash drive that she thought she destroyed last week. Rough. She eventually forgives them all, though, and opens up to Caleb about how her mom stole money from the bank and how “someone else knows,” blah blah blah. But then, her new step-sister, Kate, comes to Rosewood high and to get Hanna back for telling Caleb about “A”, “A” hacks Hanna’s phone and sends out nudie pics of Kate to the whole school. Um, whoops?!

well spencer made me mad because she was trying to protect toby by lying to him but when hannah was trying to do the same thing with caleb spencer didnt care and went behind hannahs back anyway, i mean really wat type of friend are you?

I felt the worst for Spencer this episode. She was so sad this episode. I mean i kinda felt bad for hanna, but I’m not a big fan of her story line, so it didn’t really bother me the way Spencer did… I love EZRIA and their scene was adorable this week. I just wish it had been more than one minute long…. Emily annoys me and I thought there was too much of her in last nights episode, but I understand they take turns giving each character the same on screen time… Maya creeps me out too, I like EMily with Samara (not sure how it was spelled)
