W-T-Fashion?! Pretty Sure Katy Perry is Wearing a Muppet

It hasn’t been since that infamous Smurf dress that Katy Perry‘s outfit has had us majorly confused. But alas, yet again, KP has landed on our “W-T-Fashion?” segment. And as much as love the girl, we were all sorts of confused by this ensemb that she wore to a party over the weekend. Like, is that a muppet or something?

And besides, everyone knows the cardinal rule of fashion — always match your outfit to your hair. That green/purple thing is majorly clashing with the blue locks. Gosh, Katy. Get. it. Together. (and yes, FYI, we’re being sarcastic about the hair thing).

But are we being too harsh on Katy? Is her outfit, muppet vest included, actually kinda cute? Check out the pics below before you judge:

Yea that outfit is pretty horrible. And so is her hair. She just needs to keep her natural color for awhile so she can wear the outrageous outfits without clashing so horridly.
