It’s gonna be crazy hard to wait for new Glee episodes. The show won’t come back until April 10! So until we can learn the fate of Finchel’s wedding and find out what happened to Quinn, we’ll have to keep ourselves busy thinking up songs that Glee should cover in future episodes. Here are 10 choices for tunes we’re dying for our fave Gleeks to perform.
Rachel: Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain”
Although Rachel is now happier than ever with Finn, she has certainly faced some rejection in the past. This makes Adele’s heartbreaking but strong song perfect for Rachel’s powerful voice.
Mercedes: Beyonce’s “Best Thing I Never Had”
Mercedes is truly torn over her feelings for cutie pie Sam. So she could sing this Beyonce ballad while imagining how her life might have been if she hadn’t kissed Sam while still dating Shane (oops!)
Santana: Demi Lovato’s “Skyscraper”
Life is feeling painful for Santana—especially after that brutal moment when her grandmother refused to accept her for loving girls. The thing Santana needs is a good ol’ fashioned girl power anthem about how the world better watch out.
Brittany: Jessie J’s “Domino”
It’s true that Brittany hardly ever gets to sing, but judging from her awesome Britney Spears tribute last season, she’s ready for another shot. Jessie J’s song is fun and has some great beats so Brittany can show off her killer dance moves.
Sam: Gavin DeGraw’s “Not Over You”
Sam is spending time pining over Mercedes. With his guitar in hand, he can show the world how much he misses his girl. How could she not take him back after listening to him hit the high notes on this beautiful song?
Puck: The Fray’s “Heartbeat”
Puck is the resident bad boy of McKinley High, but he expresses himself the best when he’s playing quiet, sweet tunes showcasing his softer side.
Blaine: Bruno Mars’ “Runaway”
Now that Blaine has transferred to McKinley, he’s taken over as New Direction’s main singer/dancer. This high-energy song is ideal to feature Blaine’s jazzy, hip-hop flare. And he could definitely provide some Bruno-like dance steps to spice up the song.
New Directions’ Boys: Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa’s “Young, Wild, and Free”
Since there are three different artists on this track (including Bruno Mars), this would give the boys several opportunities to shine onstage. And Mike Chang can bust out some awesome b-boy moves, obvi.
New Directions’ Girls: Taylor Swift’s “Mean”
They’ve been bullied and slushied countless times, so the lyrics in this song are perfect. The girls all dream of stardom—what better way to remind the mean kids at school that someday when they’re mega-famous those jerks are gonna regret being horrible?
Dalton Academy Warblers: Gotye’s “Somebody that I Used to Know”
The Warblers all have insanely good voices, but their best quality is the way they can create a rad blend together. This song would sound gorg with their beat-boxing and harmonizing. Swoon.

“Skyscraper”, “Mean” and “Set Fire To The Rain” already should be there. “Skyscraper” is perfect to any person, not just Santana. But “The Best Thing I Never Had” for Mercedes because of Sam, oh hell NO! Sam is amazing, he doesn’t deserves it!

I like those but i would really like to hear a Kurt solo soon. Also i think Naya Rivera would sound amazing singing “Unbreak my heart” even though it doesn’t really fit into her storyline.
