March is finally here, so naturally the only thing we can think about is Spring Break! The parties, the beach, the freedom from homework… needless to say, we’re ridic excited. And since no vacation is complete without an awesome playlist, we’ve found a bunch of songs perfect for Spring Break this year whether you’ll be sippin’ virgin mojitos on the beach or hanging at home with your BFFs.
1. One Direction, “What Makes You Beautiful”
So it’s been awhile since you put on that bathing suit. You can still rock it, we promise. It’s like the 1D boys say… sometimes it’s not knowing you’re beautiful that makes you beautiful.
2. Rascal Flatts, “Life is a Highway”
If your parents are willing to give you their credit card, you’re probably taking the first flight to Cancun… but if not, you’ll be going on a road trip to somewhere more local like Myrtle Beach. This is the perfect song to jam to with your friends on the road.
3. Justin Bieber, “Kiss & Tell”
Admit it, everyone would love to meet a cute stranger on Spring Break to, ya know, spend a little time with. So this is the perfect song for when you’re looking for that spring fling.
4. The Wanted, “Glad You Came”
The second you get to your sunny vacation spot, you’ll be glad you’re there instead of at home doing chores for your parents. True story.
5. Cody Simpson, “All Day”
“We living like we hit the jackpot”? Sounds like a solid Spring Break to us! Great song, and it’s got that perfect beat to dance along to.
6. Big Time Rush,”Superstar”
Another awesome dance song that’ll turn your hotel room into the hottest club in town. The boys of BTR know how to get a party started!
7. Maroon 5 ft. Christina Aguilera, “Moves Like Jagger”
Spring Break means you don’t have to wake up ridiculously early anymore… but you don’t want to sleep through your vacay! This is the best song to kickstart every day of your break and it’ll actually make you want to wake up at the crack of dawn to, ya know, tan and stuff.
8. Hot Chelle Rae, “Tonight Tonight”
Parties on rooftops? Dancing on the Hollywood sign? Okay, yeah, it sounds a bit like The Hangover, but we’ll take it! Definitely a great song for when the sun goes down and you go out on the town!
9. David Guetta ft. Nicki Minaj, “Turn Me On”
David plus Nicki equals the perfect song to help you release all your stress on the dance floor. And that’s what Spring Break is all about!
10. Bruno Mars, “Lazy Song”
Not everyone gets to leave town for Spring Break. So for the people stuck at home, this should be the anthem to your vacation. If you have a team of monkeys to lazy around with, all the better.
