Although the first “Hit the Lights” music video dropped at the end of last year, that didn’t stop Selena Gomez from re-releasing the track along with some new footage. While it still features the fun balloons and pink sunglasses, there’s also added nightlife/club scenes. (We can assure you that there was no alcohol involved, though.)
This isn’t the first time in recent weeks that “Hit the Lights” was hitting headlines. This past Tuesday Sel went on Dancing With The Stars and sang while four dancers choreographed a number to the same tune.

“[I'm] going to take a break from music. I will be doing two films in the beginning of next year (2012), which I am excited about.”
And not too long after, she parted ways from her band, The Scene. Since then, she’s been working on her new film, Spring Breakers, which just wrapped up in recent weeks.

those are the same places where they shot the movie, they used her real house where she lived with her falmiy, and where she lived with chris.
i think selena is amazing, she is so inspirational i actually think she is perfect, so dont hate, i love her!
I like her acting and music but I think she should focus more on acting. She sings awful live. Her music is only good if it’s auto-tuned, and no one really likes that, right?
I love that she actually says damn in this song. it makes her seem so real for some reason. <3 Selena is definitely one of my favorite celebrities.
