There are a lot of changes happening in Nick Jonas’ world right now. He’s been recording songs for a new Jonas Brothers album with his brothers, Kevin and Joe, yesterday was the closing night of his Broadway show How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and today he — wait for it — shaved his head.
After posting a long message thanking his fans for supporting him throughout his run on Broadway, the youngest JoBro, known for his adorable curly locks, tweeted early this morning:
“New chapter. New haircut. #Iloveit”
While some fans might still be on the fence about Nick’s new ‘do, his bro Kevin Jonas seems to be on board the new buzz cut. Shortly after Nick’s tweet, Kev replied, “@nickjonas looks Awesome.” Glad to know his bro is on board the shaved-head train. Joe Jonas, however, has not responded to Nick’s drastic change (publicly on Twitter at least). Hm, maybe there’s a little sibling rivalry in the air? Joe is usually the one to switch up his haircut every few years or, ahem, few girlfriends.
Other celebs that have shaved their heads in the past include super-hotties Zac Efron, Robert Pattinson and James Lafferty (who we think Nick slightly resembles in the pic), although we’re pretty sure they all made the drastic change for acting purposes.
