If snagging two BET nominations for Best Male R&B Artist and Video of the Year isn’t enough to satisfy all the Usher fans out there (especially since Kanye West nabbed a whopping seven nominations), you can sleep easier knowing that Usher will be performing at the 2012 BET Awards.
And in addition to checking out Usher rock the BET stage, you can also look forward to seeing Nicki Minaj, who’s up for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, and Chris Brown, who’s up for Best Male R&B Artist, Video Director of the Year and the Coca-Cola Viewer’s Choice Award, perform at the event.
Even though the track(s) the artists will be performing are currently unknown, if their previous award show performances (i.e. at the Billboard Music Awards) are any indication of what to expect, you’re sure to be blown away.
