Magazine stands have been looking rather gorgeous the last couple of weeks. First, Selena Gomez covered Elle magazine, then Justin Bieber covered both Billboard and Forbes magazines in the same week, and now Emma Stone is gracing the cover of the July 2012 issue of Vogue, one of the largest and most well-known fashion magazines in the world.
This is Emma’s first time on the cover of the publication. In the issue, she talks about what it’s been like to see her childhood dreams come true (you know you’ve made it when you’re invited to host Saturday Night Live – twice – , star in an Academy Award-nominated movie and share the screen with leading men like Ryan Gosling, Justin Timberlake, Matthew McConaughey and Penn Badgley, just to name a few), dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, how she convinced her parents to move to Los Angeles from Scottsdale, Arizona to pursue her acting dreams and more.
This summer, Emma stars as the smart and rebellious Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-Man with her real-life boyfriend Andrew Garfield. Andrew dished to Vogue, “Working with Emma was like diving into a thrilling, twisting river and never holding on to the sides… From the start. To the end. Spontaneous. In the moment. Present. Terrifying. Vital. The only way acting with someone should be.”
