While some celebrity couples seem to be nothing but smiles at the moment, others are suffering through what appears to be the inevitable celeb break-up. In a ‘quick update’ to all his fans, Carlos Pena reveals on both YouTube and Twitter that he and his girlfriend, Samantha Droke, have officially called it quits. (Which is pretty awkward considering we just interviewed him about his love life/first-date stories, etc.) In a video titled, “Life Goes On…,” the Big Time Rush member opens up and confirms that his relationship is over.
He says, ”On a sad note, it is true, Sammy and I did break up… I’m still sad about it, but it’s all good. Like my dad always says, ‘When one door closes, many more will open.’”
However, it must be an amicable enough split (on his end, anyway), since Carlos encourages his fans to be kind to his former love on Twitter, and mentions, ”A break-up is not an easy thing, but I really care about her and I wish her the best in everything she does. I hope she knows that and I hope she wants to stay friends.”

that’s sad! they were so cute together! in my opinion, a perfect match! but you know, things happen, so maybe for them, they were too busy for each other, with Carlos having to go on tour, but you know, life does go on! don’t be sad Carlos!
