Is voting for who’s best dressed a popularity contest ?Victoria Justice wore jeans and Selena’s dress was.., not the best. Why are most of the people voting for them. I voted Blake Lively and I don’t even watch Gossip Girl or have any interest at seeing Savages but her dress was amazing.
