Nothing says “God bless America” quite like celebrating Independence Day with America’s unofficial royal family. Just ask Taylor Swift, who spent her holiday hanging out with the Kennedy family at their compound in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts. Yes, that Kennedy family. Taylor particularly spent a lot of time with Patrick Schwarzenegger, who, in addition to being part of the Kennedy family, is also the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger. NBD.
A source dished to Us Weekly, “They are getting to know each other, but she thinks he’s cute. She is close with the whole family.” They were even spotted in this pic hugging each other!
Taylor, 22, is notorious for dating guys much older than her a la John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhaal, so if anything is going on between Taylor and Patrick, this would be new for her – Patrick is only 18.
Taylor wasn’t the only celebrity celebrating 4th of July with the Kennedy clan. Her pal Glee star Dianna Agron came along with her. The source spilled, “Taylor was taking photos of everyone with a huge camera and Dianna took one of Taylor with Patrick together. He kept kicking sand at her and was flirty with her.” Taylor, Dianna and the Kennedys spent the afternoon sailing, playing games and having a bonfire.
Patrick tweeted, “Had such an amazing day. Best 4th of July I could ask for. Hope everyone had a great day!” Oh, and BTW, here’s a closeup of Patrick so you can get a good glimpse:
