Ok ok, we know it’s not like the world needs any more boy bands. Between Big Time Rush, One Direction and The Wanted we’re doing juuust fine in that department. But we think we’ll make an exception for these new cuties, Pop! Fiction. The guys — Justin, Collin, Michael and Tyler — look like a boy band but sound more like Hot Chelle Rae and, you guessed it, they’re our featured artist for Nice to Meet You this week.

Tell us about your new single!
Michael: “What If?” is the perfect complement to anyone’s summer. It is about taking a chance in love and not regretting a second of it. It is a fun catchy song that will make you dance! We also made a super awesome lyric video for it where we wrote the lyrics on fan’s hands and mashed them all together… not their hands, the footage got mashed together. That video will be released sometime within the next weeks!

Describe your new single in three words.
Justin: Summer. Fun. Smash-Hit (That counts if there’s a hyphen, right?)

Love that! What’s the most defining moment of your childhood?
Collin: I almost drowned once.
J: I loved getting Lunchables in my lunch pail!
Tyler: When I was 10, I broke my arm while tying a Razor scooter to the back of a bike. Opened my eyes to the world. Then my parents bought me an N64.
M: I was a Disney model when I was a kid and got my first big break in an ad for Toy Story Christmas ornaments!

Ha! What would you do if you weren’t making music?
J: I’d be a magician/comedian duo.
T: Definitely ride some dolphins, do tricks on the dolphins, chill on a yacht, drink fruity smoothies.
C: I’d probably be driving around Europe with some models in a Lamborghini!
M: I’d probably be in the backseat of Collin’s Lamborghini.

Dreamin’ big, guys! What hidden talent do you have besides music?
T: I can front-flip when no one’s looking.
C: I can run pretty fast.
J: I’m really good at word searches/iSPY/Where’s Waldo books.
M: I’m a body builder.

What was your first concert ever?
T: *NSYNC on the “Ain’t No Stoppin Us Now Tour Spring ’99″
M: Britney Spears at the Verizon Amphitheater. I wore pigtails in my hair.
J: Weezer with Dashboard Confessional, also at the Verizon Amphitheater.
C: Ghostface Killah in Santa Barbara, CA!

Which artist would you like to collab with?
T: Missy Elliot.
J: 50 Cent.
M: Hologram Freddy Mercury.
C: Probably Kanye.

Good pics! Do you have a celebrity crush?
T: Rachel McAdams.
J: Jennifer Aniston.
C: I’d date Rosie Huntington-Whitely if she wasn’t already dating the Transporter (Jason Statham).
M: I’m a huge Emma Watson fan.

What’s your go-to karaoke song?
Pop! Fiction: “Margaritaville” by Jimmy Buffet. Hands down.

Any pets? What are their names and do they travel with you?
T: One puppy, Belle. I wish she traveled with us too.
J: I have two dogs, Riley and Cooper. Also a cat, Azlan, the King of Narnia. Unfortunately none of them travel with us.
C: I have two Corgis, Stanley and Ollie. I wish they could go on tour with us!
M: I have one dog named Kiki, One cat named Poosh, and two chickens named Hansel and Gretel. Kiki has a big booty. I don’t think they’d all fit in our van!

Favorite movie or TV show? Why?
T: Entourage. I want to be Ari Gold.
J: Catdog…’Cause c’mon, it’s a cat and a dog put together! What could be better?
C: Anything with Nick Cage. Have you seen National Treasure?
M: I really liked Step Up Revolution: 3D…because its a dancing revolution and its in 3D.
