Why sluohd there be an age limit? People sluohd be able to express themselves how ever they want to. If they want to wear cut up clothes and tease their hair up to a mile, that’s their choice. If they want to wear bright colored makeup and accessorize with a bunch of jewelry, more power to them. Is it hurting you? No. Let people be who they want to be.
