I tore my ACL coming up on two years ago. I had suegrry and rehabbed properly, but it still aches and aches after I run especially when I get up in mileage. It is really unpredictable but there are definitely days where I have to resort to the bike because it is too painful to run. The bad thing is that it is healed and nothing really I can do about it besides ice!
