From one pop cultural phenomenon to another! (Sort of…) It’s being reported that Pretty Little Liars star Brant Daugherty, who plays the ever-so-mysterious Noel Kahn, has signed on to star in The Starving Games, which is a a big screen parody of (you guessed it), The Hunger Games.

Hitting theaters some time next year, Brant will take on the role of Dale, who is based off Liam Hemsworth‘s Gale. It also stars former Desperate Housewives actress Maiara Walsh, who will take on heroine Katniss Everdeen. The film comes from the silver screen goofballs behind spoofs such as Scary Movie, Vampires Suck, Date Movie, Meet the Spartans and Disaster Movie, so you know there will be some laughs!

Also, Hunger Games isn’t the only movie they’ll be spoofing. It will also parody blockbusters such as The Avengers, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.

Are you excited to see Brant head to the big screen? And will you be seeing The Starving Games when it hits theaters? Sound off in the comments!
