Great news for Swifties and Little Birds. It seems like Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran had so much fun writing together, that they’ve decided to hit the road together as well for Taylor’s massive U.S. tour for her new record-breaking album Red.

Taylor made the announcement Friday during All Access Nashville with Katie Couric – A Special Edition of 20/20, the video has since been uploaded to her official YouTube channel.

“I have so many ideas about how to really bring this music to life,” Taylor said of the revealing songs on Red. “I can’t wait to share the new show with all my fans!”

The tour will begin on March, 13 2013 (Taylor’s lucky number) and continue all the way through September 2013 with stops in 29 states, 45 cities and 3 Canadian provinces. Taylor also alluded to additional cities saying that the tour will go through September… “so far.”

Special guest Ed Sheeran tweeted the following message about the ambitious tour. Happy to announce that I am special guest on @taylorswift13’s tour of North America next year, cannot wait!! 9 stadiums and 36 arenas. Gonna be bonks.”

Tickets go on sale November 16th. Are you excited? Are Taylor and Ed coming to your city? Leave a comment below and let us know why you’re dying for tickets!

My best friend and I were so excited when she announced her tour yesterday! But Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran aren’t coming to NY, which is so dissapointing. But her and I are trying to get tickets to her NJ concerts. (Some of her tickets are below $50) My best friend and I have been wanting to see her since her second album came out!
