We hear wedding bells around Emma Stone! But don’t get too excited; they’re not for her and her The Amazing Spider-Man co-star/boyfriend Andrew Garfield, who are in “no rush to get engaged.” (Bummer.) Instead, they were for her publicist, Holly Shakoor, and her Zombieland and Gangster Squad director, Ruben Fleischer, who tied the knot this past weekend — with Emma as the officiator! How cool is that?
While working with the groom for the second time on the set of Gangster Squad — ya know, the mob flick with today’s birthday boy, Ryan Gosling! — Emma introduced the now-newlyweds. The pair, whose wedding took place in Ojai, California on Saturday, gave Emma the privilege of officiating their nuptials, since, after all, she’s the reason they found each other in the first place. Can someone post the ceremony on YouTube, please?!
Other celebrities Holly represents include Jennifer Garner, Russell Brand, Nicole Kidman, Christina Hendricks and Sofia Vergara, who was among the guest list as well. During the event, Sofia tweeted several pictures and messages:
