In case you’ve never seen an episode of Glee (how that’s possible, we don’t know), you should know that up-and-coming singer Amber Riley‘s character, Mercedes Jones, is the Queen of Sass. But it’s not just because Amber’s a great actress; she’s got attitude written all over her in real life, too.
Just last night, after wrapping up her stint on off-Broadway show Cotton Club Parade, she went on a Twitter rant, exclaiming her disappointment with a nightclub in New York City named WIP (which, incidentally, is also known for the infamous bar brawl between Chris Brown and Drake).
She tweets,
Never in my life have I dealt with such disrespect. That club @wipnewyork on Vandam street, they are CROOKS and LIARS!

My apologies for going off on twitter everyone, I never act out of character this way but it was my (cont) tl.gd/k2jebo

But according to TMZ, Amber was the one who was out of line: “Ms. Riley’s team had contacted management before her arrival to work out her table arrangements, which included the purchase of bottles as well as a bottle on the house. Upon arrival, her party of 30 people refused to purchase any bottles, so they did not enter.”
Don’t fret too much though, Gleeks. Another former member of New Directions has some good news to share. E! Online recently debuted the Chris Colfer-penned (and -led!) movie poster for Struck by Lightning. You like?
What do you think of the nightclub drama? Whose side are you on? And are you planning on seeing Chris in Struck by Lightning (in theaters January 11, 2013)? Tell us your Gleeky thoughts in the comments below or on our Glee message board!
