First, we’ll start off by saying congrats to Chloe Moretz and Emma Roberts, who both had killer weeks — Chloe and her Teen Vogue cover; Emma and her Delirium TV pilot news — which is why they’re both included in this week’s fun batch of celebrity Twitter pictures.
