First Look: New Photos From ‘Ender’s Game’

The big screen adaptation of Ender’s Game doesn’t hit theaters until November 1, but you can feast your eyes on this little sneak peek! In the above photo from the upcoming film, we see Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield) in what appears to be some kind of heated discussion with Petra Arkanian (Hailee Steinfeld). The two are both dressed in their battle gear as they’re surrounded by their peers at the elite battle school.

If you’re not up to speed on Ender’s Game, the film is based on the novel of the same name, which centers on a gifted young boy named Ender who is shipped off to a military school in space to prepare for a future alien invasion. The film also stars Harrison Ford, Abigail Breslin, and Viola Davis.

In addition to the photo above, the logos for each Battle School (in order: top left – Dragon, top right – Asp, bottom left, Rat and bottom right – Salamander) were released as well. Check them out below!

    this description doesnt do the book justice. its amazing. cant wait for the movies. i was picturing ender a bit littler… but petra looks perfect.
