Sunday’s Oscars ceremony is getting a dose of Twilight. It’s been confirmed that Kristen Stewart will attend the 85th Annual Academy Awards and present for one of the many prestigious categories. Though it’s not known which exact category she’ll presenting, it’s safe to assume that the world will be waiting with bated breath to see her red carpet look.
The 22-year-old On the Road actress isn’t the only star from a mega-franchise who will be gracing the ceremony with her presence. Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe will also attend the prestigious ceremony, and take part in the show’s “music in movies” theme. This should be a perfect fit for Daniel, since one of his first post-Potter gigs was starring in Broadway’s How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying where he dance and sang up a storm.
Other performances during the show include the cast of Les Miserables, which is nominated for eight Academy Awards including Best Picture, and Adele who will sing the theme from the James Bond flick Skyfall.
In fact, this ceremony will be a bit of a mega-blockbuster-franchise trifecta, as Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence will be in attendance as well. In addition to being nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress for her dramatic turn in Silver Linings Playbook, Jen will also be presenting.
Some other presenters include Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Reese Witherspoon, Charlize Theron, Channing Tatum, the cast of The Avengers, and many more. Be sure to tune into the 85th Annual Academy Awards, hosted by Seth MacFarlane, this Sunday on ABC.
