Do we know if any of Taylor Swift‘s prospective boyfriends live in Rhode Island? Because according to reports, the singer’s just dropped big money on a mansion there.

A few weeks ago, the 23-year-old was spotted house-hunting in Weslerly, RI with her parents, but news of a purchase from the “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” crooner just came in — for a whopping $17.75 million. A good bargain, considering the mansion she allegedly bought was listed at $20 million. (Chump change, right?)

What she plans to do with the property (if it is, in fact, hers) is up in the air. After all, she’s currently on her Red tour with Ed Sheeran, and will continue with the performances through fall 2013. Then there’s the option of her flipping the home, like she supposedly did with the Hyannis Port mansion across the street from ex Conor Kennedy‘s family compound. Hmm… Who knows? No matter what, it’s still a gorgeous piece of real estate. No really, just look.
