After getting attacked by a fan in Dubai, Justin Bieber‘s overseas antics continue to come out to play as the “Boyfriend” singer posted a picture of himself and a friend enjoying “Beers in the jungle.” (See the full photo here.)

However, though it is illegal for the 19-year-old to partake in any form of alcohol consumption in the United States, it’s allowed by law to drink at the age of 18 in South Africa, where Justin was stationed in the aforementioned pic.

Still, we just have to point out that even though it’s okay for the Biebs to consume alcoholic beverages — in South Africa, Europe, and his hometown in Canada — he also has plenty of underage fans who idolize him and watch his every move. With the amount of influence he holds, should he post photos like these on his highly-publicized platforms? Weigh in via the comments below, or on our Justin Bieber message board!

I think it was a stupid thing to do. It’s fine if he wants to drink, but he shouldn’t post pictures to all this little underage, mimicking fangirls.

He is 18..he works hard! He did not post a picture of himself drinking beer in the United States. Technically, he did not break any laws. People need to leave the poor kid alone, he has a life too. He performs live for his fans. Why isn’t he allowed to have fun with a friend and relax after working so hard.
