SPOTTED: Kristen Stewart with an unfamiliar furry friend. During an outing with pals this past weekend, the Twilight actress was photographed walking a pooch that was neither Bernie nor Bear, the two rescue canines she adopted with ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

When the pair first split up last summer, talk of canine custody was a hot-button topic. Now, fast-forward to a year later, after a reconciliation and another break-up, and that matter’s still up in the air as far as the public’s knowledge of the situation. This new pup, however, would solely belong to KStew.

In other Robsten news, Katy Perry opens up about her current relationship with the former couple. In the latest issue of ELLE UK, she addresses the rumors that she and Rob linked up romantically. She explains, “I sent [Kristen] a text message saying: ‘I know you’ve seen all this stuff, but you know I would never disrespect you. I’m not that person. I’m just trying to be a friend to him, but it is unfortunate that I do have a set of tits’.” Rob reportedly helped Katy after her divorce from husband Russell Brand, so it’s only fitting that Katy return the favor.

She probably wanted her own dog that didn’t remind her of Rob.
