There's a serious epidemic that has swept over Hollywood, and we just can't stay silent any more — twerking. While at times, a good twerk — or attempting a twerk — can be hilarious (see, Harry Styles — 2013 Teen Choice Awards), it's gotten to the point where twerking is just not that interesting anymore.
Miley Cyrus and her "twerk team" kicked off growth of the trend back in March when she twerked in a unicorn onesie to J. Dash's "Wop." While many think that this might be the origins of twerking, let us take you back to the days of rap duo Ying Yang Twins, whose song "Whistle While You Twerk" back in 2000 began somewhat of a twerking revolution. History really does repeat itself, doesn't it?
