This was a year to remember for former child star Amanda Bynes. After taking jabs at nearly every celebrity — including Miley Cyrus, Sarah Hyland and, most often, Drake — posting provocative pictures on Twitter, starting a fire and soaking her dog in gasoline, the 27-year-old actress was forcibly hospitalized in July of this year, then moved to a rehabilitation facility in Malibu. Now, after months of treatment, she's recovering at her parents' home, and is ready to move on.
According to the Bynes family lawyer Tamar Arminak (via PEOPLE), "Amanda and her entire family would like to thank everyone who's contacted them with good thoughts and wishes for Amanda's recovery. Amanda has completed her inpatient rehabilitation and she's feeling better every day."
The statement continues, "She's now looking at various colleges with the intention of majoring in fashion design. She's mentioned before she's interested in creating a clothing line."
For those who are still worried about Amanda's mental state, the family assures that her outpatient treatment will continue, and that her mother will remain control over her well-being and finances. We wish you all the best, Amanda!
