After making headlines for being carried up the Great Wall of China and tossing eggs at his neighbor’s house in the last few months, it doesn’t come as a major surprise to see Justin Bieber‘s name with the word ‘arrested’ in the same title. Heck, his “friend,” Lil Za was taken into custody from JB’s house only days ago. But now, it seems like Justin’s the one at fault…

Between 4 and 5am ET, the 19-year-old singer was arrested in Miami under suspicion of driving under the influence and drag racing in a rented yellow Lamborghini. Police spokesman Bobby Hernandez tells CNN that the “As Long As You Love Me” crooner showed “signs of impairment” and failed a field sobriety test, thus leading to his jail time.

Since then, the Internet’s exploded with support and upset reactions from the young pop star’s fandom. Here are just some of the many comments:

What do you think of the debacle? Does the Biebs deserve to be tossed in jail? Weigh in via the comments below, or on our Justin Bieber message board.

To be honest I hope the rented Lamborghini is alright because that’s the only really thing I care about. Justin definitely deserves the jail time.

Its about time!!! He broke the law four times. One for vandilism in L.A., DUI, drinking underaged, and drag racing. And one with these charges would get some jail time. Just because he’s famous doesn’t means he gets a royal pardon. No. He needs stop acting like a little kid and take responsibly for his crimes!!!

Justin Bieber is a criminal. Just because he’s famous doesn’t mean he is any better than anyone else who has driven under the influence, or anything else he’s done the past year. He had committed a crime, and has to deal with the consequences.

I love Justin more than anything and I will always be there to support him, but this time I think he’s gone too far. I can’t defend him this time, just feel sorry for him. I feel powerless and to just sit and read everything that is written on twitter and other media makes me depressed. I want to help him and defend him but this time I can´t. <3333

Obviously he deserves to be in jail if he was drinking and driving, especially since he’s underaged in the US. I can’t believe his fans want him to never face the consequences of his actions.
