Fans of Vampire Academy have been rallying and petitioning for a sequel to the Zoey Deutch-led film for months on end with little response. As disappointing as that is, the #VAfamily has not given up hope on the movie adaptation of Richelle Mead's Frostbite. In fact, fans hard at work on social media to encourage the producers to see it through. Here's what their latest message says on Facebook:
"We are pleased to announce that we are implementing a plan to bring ?#?Frostbite? to life! BUT…and this is a big BUT…we are going to need your help. To take a page out of the Guardian handbook – it's time to get training! We have to get a larger percentage of our followers ACTIVE. What does this mean? So over the next 2 weeks, we are going to work on waking everyone up, making sure they set their notifications to get our updates and rallying the troops."
"You want FROSTBITE? This is step one. The power is in the hands of the fans. May the odds be ever in your…oh wait, I mean: "Things die. But they don't always stay dead." #Frostbite"
ICYMI, Vampire Academy picked up two nominations at this year's Teen Choice Awards — Choice Movie Comedy and CHOICE MOVIE ACTRESS: COMEDY (Zoey Deutch) — so voting for 'em is just one more way fans are showing their dedication.
