10 Products You’ll Only Appreciate If You’re a Fan of 13 Reasons Why

You can call us obsessed… and you’d be right. Ever since we wrapped up watching 13 Reasons Why, simply rewatching the Netflix original series isn’t enough (although, we’re actually in the process of that as we speak) — we’re thinking BIGGER. That’s what got us to talking about the fan theories surrounding the program, as well as where we are today.

There are a lot of awful products that were supposedly inspired by the Selena Gomez-produced show; some are simply distasteful, while others are vomit-worthy. (You have to remember — the show is about the 13 reasons why a teen girl named Hannah Baker killed herself.) BUT, for every disgusting piece of merchandise, which we plan on getting to at another point in time, there is a decent piece; some that we feel fans of 13 Reasons Why will actually appreciate:

SinfulColors Professional Nail Color (1052 Endless Blue), $1.98

You may've noticed that Selena Gomez wore a cobalt blue nail lacquer at the premiere of the show — that's because she was paying tribute to 13 Reasons Why's leading lady, Hannah Baker, who used the polish to write numbers on the tapes AND wore the same shade on the last day of her life.

Since the series' debut, fans of the franchise have been painting their nails with blue polish as well, in dedication to the deceased character. And this is the shade they're using.

Unraveled Cassette Sticker, $3.12

Hannah's ~13 reasons why~ were recorded on these ancient devices called cassette tapes. Even if you don't have any use for 'em, you can still show your dedication to the show with a sticker version of one.

'Warr;or' Wrist Cuff, $8.00

Along with Selena Gomez & co-star Alisha Boe, Tommy Dorfman, who plays Ryan Shaver (a.k.a. Reason #8) on the series, got a tattoo of a semi-colon, like the one you see on the wrist cuff.

"Today was a magical day," he said in a picture of the trio. "Another day to be grateful to be alive. Alisha, Selena, and I went together to get ; tattoos. The ; symbol stands for an end of one thought and a beginning of another. Instead of a period, authors use the semicolon to continue a sentence. For us, it means a beginning of another chapter in life, in lieu of ending your life."

If you don't want to get permanently inked, the cuff is a good alternative.
