Love is in the air for Best Friends Whenever actress Anna Grace Barlow and her longtime bae, Taylor Boldt. The couple got engaged last September and officially became husband and wife in a stunning wedding ceremony in Malibu, California, over the weekend.
“WE ARE MARRIED! Everyone we love was there,” the Scream Queens star captioned the Boomerang. “It was magical. We danced all night & had the most fun EVER. It went by WAY too fast. I love Taylor SO much. HUGE thank you to all the incredible vendors who made our night completely unforgettable.”
Grease Live! actor Jordan Fisher attended the happy couple’s wedding and wrote this adorable tribute to his longtime friend on Instagram:
“I can’t even begin to imagine what nonsense I was rambling on about here, but I know that whatever it was, I meant it. Love you, @therealagbarlow. Yesterday was a dream. SO stupidly happy for you and @tboldt. Thirteen years of friendship just flashed by, then I got to watch a fairy tale unfold in front of my eyes. Something that we talked and daydreamed about with each other in middle school. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of such a beautiful day. Here’s to a century of dreamy moments just like this.”
Congratulations to the newlyweds!
While Anna Grace and Taylor made it down the aisle, these engaged Disney Channel couples weren’t as lucky:
Dove and Ryan McCartan's engagement shocked people (they were so young when it happened, after all) and their split broke their hearts. While the Liv and Maddie star once said "there's nobody else" but the 23-year-old for her, she decided to end the relationship less than six months after getting engaged.
While the 21-year-old never gave a reason for calling off the wedding, she recently said Ryan was "terrible" to her during their romance, which could explain a lot.
The other half of Rove made it very clear that the breakup was NOT his decision.
"Dove has decided this relationship isn't what she wants," he tweeted after the split was publicly announced in October 2016. "We still love each other very much. Please be sensitive, as this is painful."
This Cheetah Girls star dated Lenny Santiago for five years before they got engaged in February 2015. While everyone thought wedding bells were in the near future for this longtime couple, Adrienne called off the wedding about seven months later.
"I am, of course, sad that things didn't go as we planned, but we still remain close friends," she told US Weekly. "Six years is a long time to be together, but we had to make the decision to go with our hearts and not be embarrassed or afraid of change. He absolutely helped make me a better person and I will forever cherish the time we shared together."
Just over a year after she got engaged for the first time, the 33-year-old star began dating singer Israel Houghton, to whom she later married.
You know Tyler as one of the faces of Teen Wolf but it's his voice that made him a star of Disney's Elena of Avalor. The 25-year-old started dating longtime love Seana Gorlick when he was in middle school, so no one was surprised when he asked her to marry him in July 2013. What DID shock people, however, was the announcement of their breakup.
"We have broken up. I'm just gonna get it out there because I get sad talking about it. I'm just gonna get it out there now so that hopefully people start hearing about it," he told US Weekly in October of the same year.
While Tyler eventually moved on with Bella Thorne, he admitted he "still really misses [Seana]" about a year and a half after their split.
This Vampire Diaries (and Hannah Montana!!!) actress got engaged to longtime boyfriend Cottrell Guidry in October 2012, but split up two years later.
"There wasn't any drama and they are still friends," a source told E! News about the pair's decision not to get married.
After he dated Lucy Hale and Phoebe Tonkin, Chris entered a relationship with model Hanna Beth. The Zeke and Luther actor popped the question in April 2014 after they dated for three months, and also called off the wedding after he allegedly caught the 28-year-old in bed with another man.
"I'm disappointed that I didn't see how fake you were, or pay attention to the backstabbing you did in front of me. I will rise up," he wrote on Instagram after announcing the split.
