Just because Victorious was canceled doesn’t mean we’ll be seeing less of Ariana Grande. In addition to getting her own Victorious-meets-iCarly spinoff show — with Jennette McCurdy! — called Sam & Cat, she’s also working on her music career. Ari’s released a few of her own songs, but she also loves performing covers of artists like Justin Bieber and Rihanna.

In her latest cover venture, Ariana, who not-so-secretly loves throwback tunes from the ’50s and ’60, put her spin on “Gimme Some Lovin’,” a song originally performed by The Spencer Davis Group in 1966. In true Ariana fashion, the video was shot on the beach in Malibu and has a totally retro feel. Listen/watch for yourself above, then tell us what you think!
