The 2012 BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards have come and gone, but there’s still all the time in the world to rewatch the event’s festivities. On our list: Justin Bieber‘s acoustic rendition of “As Long As You Love Me,” of course; it was beautiful, it was soulful, and hey, it’s the Biebs.

Meanwhile, One Direction made a few appearances on the show as well, performing multiple hits — including “Live While We’re Young!” — and taking home all of the coveted awards they were nominated for: Best Single (“One Thing”) Best Album (Up All Night) and Best Music Act.

Watch JB’s performance above, then tell us if you think 1D deserved all of its praise!

He has been accused by haters of not being a good singer who uses lip-sinq and auto tune. This, among other performances with in intimate setting, proves them wrong. I have a high end stereo system and can testify to how good he really is in acoutic performances
