I have a very loud and outspoken friend who isn’t afraid to say what she thinks. However, when I’m being bullied on the bus, she never says anything. If she does say anything at all, she usually laughs along. It really hurts my feelings, but I’m scared that if I confront her, she’ll get angry, and then I’ll be all alone on the bus. What should I do?

Dear Catrific, I have a very big crush on this guy, it’s my very first crush ever and unlike most girls, I don’t like him because he’s “hot” or “cute,” I like him because he’s very nice, is very responsible especially when it comes to school and is very funny. I also like him because he never uses fowl language and i’ve never heard say anything rude or innipropriate. But the point is, I can’t have a boyfriend until highschool but I completely agree with this, so I have decided to be this guy’s friend. Being his friend could possibly show me his bad side if he has one. But whenever I see him, I feel so shy and can just manage a “hello.” I’m scared to talk to him on my own and just hope that he will talk to me, but that doesn’t work very well I’ve found. what should I do, what should I say, and what should I remember in order to come over this shy feeling?
