When chatting with MTV, he was asked why he was afraid of the utensil, but cleared things up by saying, “I’m not so much afraid of them, I just don’t like to use them.” Then Louis Tomlinson chimed in and called Liam a “hygiene freak.” So Liam is all about being clean?
