Yesterday was World Humanitarian Day, a global day created by the United Nations to encourage people to go out of their way to help others. This special event has a theme every year, and this year’s WHD theme was… I Was Here. To show her support, Beyonce released a special music video for her song, “I Was Here” — couldn’t get more perfect, right? — which features clips of children and families living in poverty and through natural disasters, along with the people from around the world who volunteer to help them.
